Pew does an annual survey of presidential approval ratings globally. unfortunately they didn't do Norway this year but they did poll in Sweden. He had a solid 10% approval rating there. I expect Norway would be similar (and probably worse since Sweden is going through its own white nationalist movement at the moment)

It's odd that I haven't seen a post about Trump putting Tariffs on foreign solar panels and washing machines which will directly harm American consumers. That's one of the worst "why TF did he do this" moments by him.
