He's already rejected the opinion of several judges who have given opinions on how this statute is to be interpreted by merely saying "nuh uh" upon seeing it. Even in the military the vast majority of known leaks of classified materials do not get prosecuted. The leaks have to be intentional and with the design to act against the interests. So you guys have to stop chasing this idiotic thing

Agreed, it's probably because he knows the answer, hell I posted a judge's decision that spelled out exactly how the statute was to be interpreted which gives him the answer as to why "gross negligence" was included in the statute.....he even posted a link attempting to dispute that in which all he ended up doing was post a decision in a different case where the judge in that case cited the decision by the judge I posted and said that he agreed with that interpretation of the statute.

I imagine he's waiting to receive more talking points before he tries again.
