this is like 1980's penny stock fraud all over again of which the Penny Stock Reform Act was born. several regulations came out of that including giving SEC authority over penny stock issuers, brokers, and sellers. also forced brokers to inform clients of risk. of course no surprise to anyone, ny mafia was heavily involved in the 1980s penny stock fraud scams and i'd be willing to bet that this secure digital asset rush has much of the same nefarious influences. kudos if you made your money and got out because major changes coming.
