Rockets pushed into Clippers locker room to confront Austin Rivers, Blake Griffin

This was about the rockets wanting to take it up with griffin that he went after coach. Then Austin rivers acted like a gangsta and talked noise from behind his dad to ariza. So ariza wanted to go. Daddy told austin to go to his room though.

Are they 14 year old immature teenagers? All of them are veteran trashtalkers on their own right, and hearing some insults is not even good enough reason for 5+ players repeatedly going after players in a lockeroom.

 

I don't know why there would be suspensions if there weren't any last season when the Rockets tried to confront the Mavs in their locker room. This is basically the same situation, only with a secret hallway thrown into the mix. But as far as we know, the Rockets players never got into the locker room and no punches were thrown. There will be some fines, but that should be it. If Griffin did elbow D'Antoni though, that warrants a game or two.

 

The allegation is that griffin elbowed coach. Coach was clearly upset about it.

But yes, they are immature. Why does it surprise you to find out athletes deal with things like this? Lol

 

It's surprising that it wasn't the usual single player going after another player but almost half the roster who tried I think 3? times through different ways to enter the lockeroom.
Also I'm very dissapointed in the reactions in this thread where everyone seemed more happy and excited to see the players acting like outright brainless idiots.

yes? The way I understood it from woj and shams was that it was one time from the door, then Capela knocking while CP3 + others tried to enter from the tunnel. It certainly was written like it was multiple tries.

They'd won 5 of 7 prior to this. Honestly, the only bad game in that stretch was at Detroit. The Warriors loss was excusable.

 

I mean you gotta have your guy's back. I don't like it but that's just the way it is.

Plus, these guys are all talk anyway. It's not like an actual brawl was going to happen.

 

Griffin and Ariza probably should be suspended, nothing else. Referees should be suspended too for allowing Clippers bench to stand the 4th quarter and not making any attempt to calm things down.

I have a feeling it will be this:
- Ariza suspended
- Griffin fined
- Green and CP3 fined

 

it's entirely their fault. they stole away the game with the **** goaltend call, ignoring blakes p***y ass, and ignoring austin baby rivers fake tough guy in street clothes on the bench. the refs had control, lost it because of their ineptitude, and never got it back again all because they are ****.
