Took the L vs Kentucky on Tuesday. About to tip vs Tennessee, finally have the full squad back together with Wilson back, Gilder came bk last game. 0-5 in conference, they need to win out!
I was never that big on him, he's actually surprised me and has been better than I thought he would. But he's about on par with the best you could hope for as an Aggie. Especially with the new AD who I have no reason to believe even knows basketball exists. We made a run at JVG once, THAT was coooool.
I think this team has more raw talent vs the team 2yrs ago but that team had more time to gell together, this one may fall short of expectations. Not willing to write off the season just yet with them finally getting back to full strength..
Expectations have changed drastically in the last few weeks. Currently, they are described as the most disappointing team in America...hard to fall short of that.
Much like the Rox they got off to a fast start and bought into the hype, injuries happened along with a slump; question is will they have time to pull out of this nose dive..?
I think they will, but to what level? Several of their losses in the losing streak were very close. But, if they were as good as the hype, they never would have lost that many games. I still think they are built for the playoffs, but going in as a mid seed, assuming that even happens, makes going far much harder.
What an underachieving bunch of pansies. Billy Kennedy is awful. To not make the tournament with the level of talent this team has is unbelievable.

Lol we did everything to try and lose that game. They are awful at closing games out. But I will take the W all day.
