    Yea but you're not getting any production from Qi. Ryan Anderson, as bad as he's been lately, is valued as one of the best stretch 4's in the NBA. What exactly does Qi have that other teams want?

    No one is worried that one of the worst teams in basketball just cut him? Only on clutchfans will people be looking for their next savior in the trash heap of the worst team.

    He and Walton are close. Wouldn’t surprise me if he just asked for release and it was granted. Also seems like a player friendly move that Magic might do to gain prestige among players.
