With the Rockets he had handcuffs. He only had bailout Harden passes and spot and pop threes to work with here, so it's nice to see him utilizing his massive offensive skill-set on a team that needs it desperately.
Damn Williams should be still here. He's literally the missing piece we're missing, a backup guard that can run the offense and score

Lou needs the ball. He is doing great now because there is no one else to pass to. He wasn't (as) effective as a Rocket because Harden is dominate guard and he split his touches with EGO off the bench. I wonder if Rockets put EGo in the starting lineup, moved Bev to the bench, and let Lou work by himself would it have been a better fit.
