I know they already have a large coaching staff but what's one more? (Jeff Bzdelik, Roy Rogers, Brett Gunning, John Lucas, Irving Roland, Keith Jones) Can they not just sign him to the coaching staff like they did Josh Powell? SCRUB.
I wonder if the Rockets make a consolidation trade at the deadline to open up another roster spot. I am assuming 1 roster spot for a buyout and another for Brown. This Shams report basically means they know there will be a spot open.
Exactly! Already plan to re-sign Bobby Brown, really? I mean this with all my heart, if you rather give a spot on the roster away to a friend who cannot play very well than to a guy who could actually make the rotation and truly prevent Morey from making a move for the sake of Bobby freaking Brown, you do not deserve to win. I'm looking at Harden, CP3 and whoever else is friends with the guy.
I mean I get that and all but it’s basically a waste of a roster spot. We couldn’t fill that spot with an actual useful nba player who’d help us in the long run? I mean I would think winning would be priority, but idk.
I'd say that there is no such thing as a 15th player in the NBA who is "useful" or "helps teams in the long run", but I do agree that they're not even trying to find somebody with even a modicum of potential for that spot. Doesn't bother me, though. Honestly just kind of funny at this point.
Sorry, him being on this team makes no f-ing sense. Unless he's the only way for CP3 to stay ( I know hes Harden and Ariza's guy, but CP3 seems close with him now too ) and that gets us Lebron.... this is just stupid as f*ck.
Hey, look at it this way, you can fire up that "blog post" you were in the process of writing. No waste!
I'll do you one better. If you gotta guy on the roster who does absolutely nothing, has shown nothing, but keep him to appease fans in China. Thats even more pathetic
this is like the Knicks bringing on JR Smith’s brother Chris Smith who clearly had no business being on a NBA roster
