I think they would've won last night if he anchored the bench D instead of having Weber/Black out there. Hell Nene would've helped too. Rockets bench lost it sadly.
I desperately want to trade out Webber and Black for bought out IsoJoe and Chandler. Trading Anderson for any other equal contract amount also a huge plus. I have already resigned myself to attaching the 1st pick just to be rid of that disaster.
Webber isn't has bad as people say he is. He's obviously not a starter and needs at least another off-season to work on his offensive game (which is non-existent right now or maybe he just isn't confident in his shot). It's too bad we couldn't have signed Nelson who wanted playing time to replace Webber (who is getting playing time now) earlier in the season but I think Webber at least has some potential because he hustles. Kinda like a poor man's rookie patbev.
I like Webber too. Just not for now. Is there any PG chillin at home right now that could take his place? I mean we found green and point guard is one of the deepest positions with solid talent.
None that'll give you much on the defensive end. Brandon Jennings 27, young but with low bbiq... imo he's better than Webber for sure Monta Ellis 31 known chucker instant offense type, I'm surprised no one has picked him up Leandro Barbose 35, but can be a good fit if healthy plus he's playing under D'antoni for many years, career 38% 3pt shooter
Forgot about Jennings, I heard him and harden grew up together? Is it possible Ellis doesn't wanna play? Seems odd. He was $ for Dallas a couple years ago. Borderline all star.
*Checks back next week* ... Dr. D'Antoni: Still a few weeks away or whatever. Spoiler Kelly Iko: Josh Smith signing could be imminent Kelly Iko: Paul George to Houston could be a possibility Kelly Iko: LMAM could be back next week Kelly Iko about to strike out.
Lulz you're assuming that tweet is correct, because it's apparently "lol" material to assume Rockets are throwing out misinformation,,,vs the Internet??? Don't believe Kelly Iko. That tweet is not from a MDA quote. He creating that "indicating" idea out of thin air. It's Fake News tweets like this that get fans confused about injury time. And then the fans further demand the Rockets clear up the Fake News misunderstandings. Really? Why does the team have to readdress something that they've already said, just because of the Internet and ppl falling for bad news.
