The problem here is thinking yourself and a small group of others that this thread is talking about are objective critics.

There are plenty of logical, sound criticisms based in rational thought and factual data that are posted and most people have no problem with it.

That’s not what you and your group are doing.

It goes beyond disagreeing, it was trying to set a narrative and then pushing an agenda.

It was a bad opinion, and has proven so, with bounce back of multiple MVP seasons.

You reap what you sew dude.

It's funny, because nearly everyone Harden haters accuse of being HOF have been here before Harden and will continue to be here AFTER Harden. People who root for Hardens root for the Rockets to win first and foremost. If Harden does bad and Rockets win, these fans are still happy. If Harden does good and Rockets lose, these same fans are still upset. Regardless of whether or not the Rockets fans, if Harden does bad, that's the only thing his haters ever want to talk about. That plain as day distinction is what makes **** for brains like brewers goat, cheke, and their follow ilk haters and therefore, unwelcome on CF.

The most important fact is Harden has been terrible in the playoffs, and has time and time again let down the Rockets fans. This is why some people think Harden can't be the main piece to build a championship contending team around, and there is very solid argument for it at this stage.

And there's another issue with Harden having a whole bunch of flaws as a basketball player, which probably makes him the most flawed superstar there is. Poor off ball movement, lethargic defense, reliance on ref-baiting, disappearing in crunch time, turnover proneness, ISO-heavy offense, etc. are just few of the examples, and I'm sure there are more that I can't think of right now off the top of my head. These are all 'facts' for better or worse, and even if you think all these shortcomings are outweighed by Harden's positives during RS, against better teams in this league in the playoffs, his 'positives' tend to diminish and his flaws magnified as they get systematically exploited.

Random people I never will encounter in real life telling me I'm not a Rockets fan?

    Hold me.

The main issue with the LOFs is that they were never basketball fans and that Lin was not an elite player that deserved that much attention.

I understood the Tmac idolization by the suckers here, he was a perennial all star. Yao was amazing whenever they passed him the ball.

The LOFs spark a bigger pattern with just society going down the drain.

People with no talent or average talent being idolized for the wrong reasons.

    TLDR. . .

Harden flaws. . . .blah, blah, blah

The only reason I support Harden and am against your rants is because you only
just RANT. You rant OVER and OVER and OVER.
Your narrative is that our team is better off without James Harden. WE GET IT! YOU DON'T LIKE HIM!

But what you've never answered (and I've asked you several times):
IF JAMES HARDEN IS A DETRIMENT TO OUR TEAM, WHO IS A SUITABLE REPLACEMENT?

YOU NEVER ANSWER THIS QUESTION, IT'S JUST ON, AND ON, AND ON ABOUT HARDEN
WE KNOW WHAT YOUR PROBLEM IS, BUT WHAT IS YOUR SOLUTION?

I'll make it easy for you, Just fill in the blank

We need _______________________________ to replace James Harden

It is hard to replace him for sure, but he is going to get older. You can't replace his worth but you could start afresh when the player is done.

So the question would be what would the next coming age star or superstar of the Rockets look like?

You go from position to position.

You could go with a hybird Big, C(AD, Towns, Cousins type) or you could go with another PG, Combo SG, SF.

Or players like Lebron who are SFs that can play Power Forward.

You probably want to go with a 2 way player.

Going through the draft would be preferable because you could have him for cheap the first couple years.

That is my 2 cents if you are not trying to win the Championship right now which we are BTW.

If you have a 2 way star player you dun have to look as hard for defensive players.

Yes, more ANTI James info. Bravo

But you still haven't named a player to replace him.
Are you saying we should just cut bait and let him go? Is an aging CP your answer?

If it improves our team, I'm all for changing for the better (as is EVERYONE)

    STILL WAITING

Not exactly. Paul won't play the whole game and I would bet Warriors bench is better.

when team's so called "true" fans rant that the team's mvp/franchise player is "draining down" the franchise?

I don't expect these "true" fans to shut up but it will be interesting what their agenda is because surely it's not about the rockets truely succeeding

There's nobody that's going to be able to put the Rockets closer to a ring than Harden. Just have to get his head right because it seems more than anything else mental fatigue is what gets Harden into shiiit ball the most.

All they bring is negativity to the forum. Never anything good to say.
It only starts conflict and arguing. Makes the game thread one big argument.
Who wants to be a part of that? I"m sure that's the intent.
And when people support it or encourage it, it continues and increases.

The fact that this goat character continues to dodge a simple question
and only brings up more dirt is proof positive he's only here to stir up trouble
