Do the Rockets still fly out of Hobby or is it IAH now? To me, that would be the big difference in living in the area most of the Houston athletes typically live in Sugarland/Missouri City, or living in the Woodlands. If they fly out of Bush, The Woodlands is not that bad for where you'd want to live.
You might be surprised how expensive (and well hidden) some of the most expensive homes in town are. I went to school in the Spring/Klein area, and know for a fact, if you want to spend 8 mil on a house in Spring, you have options.
CP3 loves to play golf so it makes sense to buy a house in Carlton Woods. I'll probably see him out there on the golf course. I prefer the Fazio course so hopefully that one!
Not really California is a very long state. You should ask Northern California if they only have two seasons. And anyway i live in Los Ángeles if I want snow 40 mins or less drive and there is a snow and snow resorts for skiing and such. And I’m okay with not much rain though we do get rain. There’s windy places like santa clarita. Desert like places and places with lots of Trees and forest. We got everything close and it’s not too humid. What we have is pretty much clear and sunny days. Which isn’t bad in my opinion but everyone has different opinions and likes.
Codman has said they are trying to bring Tyson. He has it on his profile too. Hopefully we get him this season via buyout or something.
That's what's great about California - if you want different weather, just drive to it. I live in San Luis Obispo and there's not a lot of change in the weather here.
I use to do routes here in woodlands, went to spring there on HEB Kuykendahl Rd Spring.. One of the best heb ive seen ever. Well stop in just one little neighborhood near the nice area with my truck, wow some big houses there, starting in the mills. People out in the north have some big time wallets thats for sure.
https://www.redfin.com/TX/The-Woodl...n=ios_share&utm_nooverride=1&utm_content=link This house is a little under 3mill, TMZ did say he got a deal but wow $8mill and live that far, but guess it is one the most established suburbs, maybe he doesn’t like the city life, but man 3-8mill could’ve got you something great near the loop with nice private schools
Exactly. California has access to everything. I'm a hour an a half from the beach and from Vegas. About an hour 45 mins from snow in big bear. I can do anything I want. Hit the snow one weekend. Party in Vegas the next and the qeekwnd after that hit the beach and weekend after that go up north and visit the all the green up there. California coast off the 1 is a drive to take as well.
I said Clarita since it's north of LA. There might be lesser areas, but there's also multi-million dollar homes in Clarita. Spring has its lesser areas too. Apple Maps is the bombs !!
I know a professional golfer who lives somewhere out there. It's nice. He has a great place and he's not making Chris Paul money.
