nope, but he should expect it.. I'm serious.. Harden does this **** all the time. We could all see in the 3rd quarter. Harden inexplicably starts playing like a chump at the weirdest times. It's up to MDA to recognize it and have a contingency. Harden was literally standing at the top of the key and watching his teammates struggle. Why MDA has no plan for when Harden is doubled, I'll never know..
Obviously dumb, but D'Antoni has clearly learned nothing from last season, and I find that very disappointing. Lets hope that CP3 truly does fundamentally alter the team in the 4th quarter like we all wanted, because it's clear that those changes are not going to come from elsewhere.
He was very bad tonight, but no way do we fire him....i just expect him to learn from his mistakes. its not hard to learn when to call a timeout
Agreed 100 percent. You can tell a TO was BADLY needed after harden threw away his 3rd straight pass. the lead was still 20 at that time. He waited until it got down to 13 to call a TO. Thats disgusting coaching
He did poorly manage time outs, call ridiculous offense sets and literally have no inbound play besides force it into James.
Not quit time for firing threads but MDA sucked tonight. He is a poor developer of young talent and now with injuries predictably the main rotation guys who are left are becoming less and less effective because of fatigue. Had to use up all of timeouts toward the end of the game because he had a poor inbound passer Ariza throwing in the ball. Not drawing up plays and letting a lazy, fatigued Harden keep isoing and throwing up fade away 3s. Just bad execution all the way around tonight.
You think coach drew a play where Harden is supposed to bull through defenders that have a known history of flopping.
