    I live within the CFISD school district (though at the only non-Cy school!) so I deserve some credit.

    There are 3 Non-Cy schools in CFISD: Jersey Village, Langham Creek, and Bridgeland

    South of 290, North of West Rd, (for now) East of 99, West of Fry.

    There will be four sections when it's completed (2 on either side of 99). They just started the 2nd section; 1st section took about 10 years to fully sell.

    It's being developed by Howard Hughes Corp, who also developed The Woodlands.

    It's really neat IMO but it is way tf out there. So that part sucks.
