We all kind of say it and hope to wish it to happen but there is no guarantee that Tyson Chandler will be bought out and be available for the Rockets. He would be a great addition, but who knows what will happen.
Yep, like Nook said he's still under contract for two years and he has certainly some value, i don't see Phoenix buying him out...and even if it happens, i expect the Spurs to go hard after him, offering him a starting spot, more minutes and if they can more money (i don't know if they still have their BAE).
I would take Adams. Adams is substantially bigger and stronger. Adams can play more minutes. Adams is a lot more physical. Adams is a better free throw shooter as well. Adams gets passes from Westbrook, George, Anthony. Capela gets passes from Paul, Harden, Ariza. They are comparable and it is debatable for sure, but I will take Adams.
But you have to remember that Steven Adams was no help to Westbrook last season and Capela was too much help for Harden last season. Makes you think...
It all depends on the circumstances. If the Rockets acquire someone one like LeBron James or Paul George; then I don't have a problem with the Rockets signing him to an extension.

Guys, this is our first season with this roster (maybe the last to haha) ti´s okay this is all going down, we have time to heal, we are not worried about the seedings so far. Let it heal altough we hate seeing hard games now haha. Black has been bad, most of all on the receiving end of Harden´s passes afther the PnR. Wouldn´t mind see some Chinanu or the Chinese Cheese.
If LeBron James is joining the Rockets, he is going to want the team to have the center position solved. Paul/Harden/James/___/Capela is good enough to win a few titles if healthy. I pay Capela if I can.
