Morey is a garbage, he doesn't understand how to manage a champion team. If the Rockets want to win a champion, the boss should fire Morey
They were isoing and PnRing Ryno sorry ass down the stretch to put the game away. He's a total liability out there.
That -17 is painful Like I said . . . he was a contributor Harden and EGo were -11 and -12 . . . but were 51 points and 28 pts Harden had 8 turnovers Wait. . . Harden Fouled out?? Wow! Everyone else on the team was less than a -3 Rocket River
Harden didn't just foul out, he was ejected. I didn't think I would see it but the officiating in that game was worse than the last one. A WTF kind of joke.
Ryno is a guy you want and need on your team during regular season games where teams slack off on defense. He helps your win totals and thus your playoff seeding. Problem is that he is useless in the playoffs when teams care and play lockdown defense. Sadly, this also occurs when you play with no center and teams focus on the perimeter. Once Capela returns, so will regular season Ryno.
When there's too much load on one player it's not good. I dont understand why Rockets always fall back on the pattern of overrelying on Harden. We're so much better when everyone's involved like 1-2 weeks ago.
Ryno is useless most of the time these days even before Capela was hurt. Since he's been here all he has been is a $20 million dollar floor spacer. He's a cap nightmare and now that the Rox have a legit shot I can see him keeping the team from adding legitimate depth which will probably hold the team back against the other elite teams when it counts.
Well you and the rest of Houston better learn how to like/accept Ryno because he is a lock to be hear for the next two years due to his contract.
People fail to see the real value of Ryno and the reason the Rockets got him. They need his huge salary in order to have the flexibility to swing a trade for another star. Without Ryno, to get someone like LeBron in a sign and trade they would have to gut their team, sending several lower salary players over to make salaries match. Ryno's contract is thus not so much of a negative.
He got his contract based on POTENTIAL . . . not what his pst Just like HArden with is 88 million in Harden it paid off. . . . .in Anderson it is not No one screams. . . WELL HARDEN IS WHAT HE ALWAYS BEEN ON OKC AND WE SHOULD BE HAPPY WITH THAT LEVEL OF PLAY!! No . . he got a bigger paycheck now we got bigger expectations Rocket River
Big difference. When Harden was first signed to his first max deal, he was 24. And yes, it was based on potential. (Remember we were debating whether he was worth the max?) His extension was signed AFTER he played at MVP level when he was 27 in his prime. So it wasn't about potential. Anderson was signed to his current overpaid contract when he was 28. He was already in his prime. No more potential to expect. Morey signed him knowing exactly what he could and could not do. Blaming the contract on Anderson is just silly. He didn't decide how much he got paid. Morey did.
