I wonder if someday you will look back at yourself and be shameful.

You should probably wikipedia "climate change" and "high and low temperatures" before posting again.

I was wondering about this thread when we had record breaking high temperatures last weekend. Was also wondering why you haven't posted this one for a while. We had the hottest September in the satellite era on record and it was NOT an El Nino year? That is troubling. Good news for you is that a La Nina has been declared. They "should" drop a bit from these record highs.

Thanks for posting. Goes to show just how powerful these events can be. BTW, there is no current La Nina.

Exactly, El Nino and La Nina are quite powerful which makes it all the more remarkable that September was the warmest September in the satellite record without being an El Nino year.

Top 10 Septembers on the record:

    1. 2017 (+0.54)
    2. 2016 (+0.45) … EL NINO
    3. 1998 (+0.44) … EL NINO
    4. 2010 (+0.37) … EL NINO
    5. 2009 (+0.27) … EL NINO
    6. 2005 (+0.25) … EL NINO
    7. 2015 (+0.25) … EL NINO
    8. 1995 (+0.22) … EL NINO
    9. 2012 (+0.22)
    10. 2013 (+0.22)

Also, we are in fact in a La Nina.

Don't trust science or scientists, but do trust holy books written thousands of years ago. God will protect us all (after he flushes us off the surface of earth first), MAGA.

Correct mid to late Fall weather here in the DC, MD, VA tri-state region. That's got to count for something :).

October is in and global lower atmosphere temps remain relatively high. This is disconcerting given that there is no El Nino right now.

Record heat in Oregon the last few days. I only wore a t-shirt yesterday and today, which is ridiculous. If we have another winter with more rain than snow, it will be another tough fire season in 2018.

The fact that this thread was bumped to report on local weather. Assuming that the Rojo person lives in the general area, is a ******* joke. You people truly have psychological problems that you refuse to admit.

Anything that republicans (and in many cases democrats) can make money from or have an interest in that creates their agenda. Some people once they are entrenched on that side will do anything to twist their brain into trying to make it sound logical.

You come on here and post this crap. Have you read any books or peer reviewed scientific articles that (there is a LOT to choose from) explain why climate change is in fact real? I’m sure you do.

Long term tobacco use is harmless. The billions of humans have zero impact on this planet.

He/she will come on here and say I never said humans have ZERO impact on climate change. But the fact that is minimal. Or some crap like it.

No he will continue to post everytime there is a record low as proof that global warming is a myth. It does not matter that with global warming, the models predicted a more winding jet stream which would bring colder air at times. Because science is not something he comprehends, only something he pretends to comprehend.

The science is settled that man has influence on climate.
