Careful, you don't want to be in a class with @ashleyem. Give it a rest.

I think it's already catching up with us.

I think we need to play more end-bench players and accept we're going to lose some games. Sauce for the goose

Surely you can do a better job than this of displaying your stupidity. With all respect due.

As for MDA? He should give some of the guys down the bench some minutes that matter, in my opinion.

Totally agree. If we lose some games in December, so be it. All that matters is where we're at in May and June.

Don't say things like that unless you are down to hop in the ring and go a couple rounds with these guys

When your coach is an 'obstacle' - thats something to be concerned with... was with McHale and was with JBB.... and Mchale at least took us to the WCF...

Rockets are so much better team under MDA, your comparison is inane. What about historically the best offense don't you understand. It was one loss, people need to get a grip.

I'm all for expanding the rotation too, but need players first. Troy, Nanu, BB even Zhou don't count as legit players on a team competing for a championship.

    Its Morey's move now.

Dude, i think you're missing my whole point... couldnt care less about this 1 loss... Personally, I'd rather see us eat some regular season losses and go into the playoffs healthy and rested... not running a 32 yr old Ariza for 40+ minutes for 4 straight games (45 last game), not letting James push it on an already injured knee... take some losses - look long term.... its a marathon - not a sprint...
    That's my whole point...
I think MDA would rather push for 60+ wins and then limp into and fizzle in the playoffs - than play the long game of trying to win a championship.
If he can get 60+ wins and a top 2 or 3 seed - then "he led the team to a great season... but unfortunately injuries kept from making a deeper run in the postseason..".... he's hedging his bets for his rep....

"Historically the best offense" - exactly! That's how he wants to be perceived... nevermind that he wont play a third of his roster and keeps his starters in running up stats long after the game is decided... It's like Bill Bellicheat who always runs up the score if he's able... it's stat padding for coaches....

I dont care about the loss(es) - I care about the injuries and preparedness for the post season!

and I agree McHale was an idiot... but that doesn't make MDA a genius...

Is this why there has been a discrepancy between MDA's regular season and post season teams? While the reasons are surely complex, it has been at least a slight pattern that his teams seem to run out of gas in the playoffs. Maybe this has a bit to do with milking the 8 man rotation more than most contender coaches during the regular season?

Certainly a possibility, and a toxic mix when combined with a star player who is irresponsible about rest and 2nd/3rd/4th best players being highly susceptible to injuries in the past few years.

    Toying with a special season.

LOL. So Mchale is better than MDA or did we just get lucky and beat the WCF......

    Always something with your type.

Alright then. Let's see some proof then besides W-L record about this pattern then.
