Whatever soreness + pain he is playing with will be noticed when the adrenaline is gone. Unless a medical report pops up saying Harden is out for next game or something, he's probably fine.
It's worth sacrificing a couple games just so Harden can be 100%. No franchise in the league will risk further injury when their star is already injured. Only the Rockets let Harden play when he was clearly injured the last 3 games since bumping his knees twice.

While it would be nice to get 70+ wins, hell even compete for a an all-time record 74 wins... the title is more important at the end of the day. How much criticism did the warriors get that year? 73 wins and NO RING. We can't fall down the same path. We need to be fresh for the playoffs. So many doubters out there who keep saying "but can they win in the playoffs?". Well we couldn't in the past because Harden was gassed. Now he has the chance to rest, give it to him.
