Honestly I feel like if Capela is going to sit, throw him in there and see if he can play spot minutes.

We are missing too much length right now with Capela and LBAM out.

 

On vacation and didn’t bring a laptop so streamed on phone and wasn’t able to post.

Not one for moral victories but we were down Clint, Luc, CP3, and PJ fouling out and we still nearly pulled it out.


Pls get everyone healthy. With no more streak hopefully we can focus on getting guys back to 100%

The streak is over, which sucks...on the flip side, the Rockets are still the best team in the NBA. I think this is as good a time as any to expand the rotation a bit and alleviate the load on Harden and Ariza (and maybe see what some of the young guys can do)

It's definitely catching up. I got Trevor playing over 40 minutes every game. James too many minutes. But we'll do what we have to do. Gotta figure it out. Too many minutes for them.

Harden jock riders can't handle the truth.. In 1Q, Kuzma hit like three straight shots in front of Harden's face. Without exception, every shooter seems to get into a great rhythm against the Rockets... wonder who the main culprit is?

This is one big problem with MDA. He doesnt play other guys so his 8 players get run to d ground. Ariza has been playing 40+ mins with Luc out we are lucky he isnt injured by now.

 

That's not how NBA basketball works...Defending? If he had put just a hand up early on, maybe Kuzma wouldn't have shot the ball like he was wide open in a gym for the rest of the game.

Rhythm is a real basketball thing, There's a reason GS hasn't been lit up from 3 in like a month. You make people uncomfortable by giving a real effort. Harden did no such thing. As soon as he failed to get back on defense like literally the first play of the game, and Kuzma hit that shot, I knew they were in for a long, stupid night.

Harden literally does not contest shots over half the time..That is a disgusting joke. I don't care if he is everyones favorite player around, he's been mailing it in on defense for weeks and it's killing the team.


And before people say it is injuries, he looked more bouncy and spry than he has in a month tonight. He is just a lazy, loser of a defender. I don't see how a coaching staff even lets him do that crap. The trade off is NOT worth it. As evidenced by putting up 51 and still comfortably losing.

 

Maybe time to reassess things. Lonzo Ball has considerable more upside than Harden or Chris Paul. Harden is close to 30 and nearing the end of his career, whilst Lonzo is on track to become the GOAT. With a trade, we can collect more assets and be a contender in a few years. Harden is at his peak, but no one ever got rich by buying high. Just emulate the model of the MLB world champion, Houston Astros. #BBB is also the most exciting thing the NBA has seen in years.

 

I want houston to win a championship. Houston comes first.
