I reckon we will just have to see what the investigation comes out with. If I am proven wrong I will be happy to admit it, since that means the president of the United States hasn't committed impeachable offenses and the country won't have to go through trauma. On the other hand, if what many people believe to be true... hopefully trump does the right thing and resigns. Of course, trump and doing the right thing is an oxymoron. That all said, trump is still the worst president in history...
Things we know happened: trump boasted of sexually assaulted women. Nineteen (19) women have accused trump of sexual misconduct. trump's son and son-in-law met with Russian agents to get emails described as harmful to Clinton's campaign. trump was involved in the untruthful statements about those meetings. trump and his family had numerous financial interactions with Russian entities that are being investigated as money laundering activities. Numerous members of trump's campaign and administration held meetings with Russian officials and intelligence people before the inauguration, many of the meetings were undisclosed. Two people (including trump's National Security Adviser) were indicted for crimes associated with these meetings trump fired his FBI Director for refusing to "ease up" on the National Security Adviser (obstruction of justice). This may not be a complete list.
The notion that Trump joking on a secretly recorded on tape as if a famous man actually went around grabbing p*****s with no one ever saying a word is ridiculous None of these so called victims even claims that. One of the indictments has nothing to do with Trump and the other indictment is about a meeting AFTER the election so how can it have anything to do with collusion. Trump maybe a spoiled brat but even he doesn't have a time machine
This thread is about the budget that was just passed with total support from the GOP. It's not like Trump's agenda is something alien and new. Wanting to make corporate tax competitive with nations like Ireland and the Netherlands makes reasonable sense to try to discourage offshoring and bring companies headquartered in those places back to the US. I get that. A massive income tax cut combined with increased defense spending and a failing infrastructure in desperate need of repair makes no sense, however. Making grad students claim fellowships/TAships as taxable income and not permitting student loan interest to be exempted makes no sense either, unless your last name is Mercer or Koch. These things make some of the nation's most pressing problems worse, and calling it a "middle-class tax cut" is a farce. If there is anything I would pin directly on Trump in this, it is the 180 degree turn from his campaign promise to rebuild that infrastructure.
Congrats to Trump. You fooled enough people to get yourself 100s of millions in tax break. Job well done.

The Trump train is on a trip for 3 more years or less, it will derail in spectacular fashion. If he somehow, some way gets reelected. For then 7 total years... This country has a chance of plunging into chaos. There could be several routes taken to get there too.

You're arguing semantics. While it may not be an admission of actual guilt, it does corroborate him being a predator and gives credence to those accusing him. I guarantee if any of these cases ever went to court, the prosecution would do all they could to get that tape entered as evidence.
