The fact that there's a book advertised in the ads below, called "Mastering Bitcoin For Dummies (also, for "Starters)", leads me to believe certain things.... It's the same old adage that you take to a casino: "don't bring more that you're willing to lose".
It's age old wisdom in any facet of investing. All my Vanguard S&P ETFs can **** the bed tommorow, too. SIL
Yeah can we put the dicks away, eh? Let's just put the dicks away and not be petulant ****ing children who are worried about how big our ******* dicks appear to be on the ****ing internet. Really neanderthal **** that ruins a very productive crowd-sourced thread like this which could continue to be a major resource and asset to our collective ****ing needs. Don't pollute the stream. Take that **** outside and let's keep the focus on this make money ****.
Take a look at the Gemini exchange. They dont have the same problems as coinbase/GDAX with unavailability during volatile times. Its not intuitive as GDAX, but you can at least access your account to buy/sell.
How diversified are you? (In investments, not profanity, because frankly your profanity is creative yet pretty pedestrian)
I'm 80% pulled out right now. Have been all-in BTC since yesterday. I was looking to buy back in at least 20 or so at 15.8 since I sold at 17. Thanks for saying my profanity is creative at least. I never really do rein it in much. It never does me wrong. Cursing is cathartic.
It screams to me "bubble", the '00 tech and the '07 real estate treated me well, but me or nobody else really knows what to predict for this. Like I said earlier: don't invest more that you want to lose.
I definitely agree that it appears that way. I also know next to nothing about investing. My opinion is primitive and useless here. I'm a lowly n00b. Nevertheless sitting at 2000% ROI right now if I never make another trade again based off a minor initial investment back in March. The only thing I'm currently doing is kicking myself for not pumping in more because I was content to hold until BTC started going nuclear.
Have you ever heard of JDS Uniphase? Enron? I kept telling my old housemate to get out, get out, get out, he didn't. He lost his ass, paper ass that is. I did the other, and bought blue chips, funds, and hold-ems. Know when to hold 'em. Know when to fold 'em.
Unlike previous bubbles, this one is fully global. Right now the market cap is sitting at 500B. There is plenty of room for this bubble to grow. I am not trying to convince people to buy or sell, only to look at the perspective. While it seems everyone has heard of Bitcoin, most people still have no idea what it is.
