I'm pretty sure he has dentures or something that were coming loose, you can almost tell that he's trying to keep them in place at one point. I had a fake tooth that I had to wear on a retainer for about 6 months when I was in college and actually had something very similar happen when I was giving a speech in front of about 100 people, so this hits close to home.
dentures is most likely explanation, but it also seemed like he was having a mini-stroke or something. whatever it was, it just exposes him all the more for who he really is... a 70 year old unhealthy-looking fake-tan fat-ass. sad. they tried to claim dry throat, but that would be even lamer in light of how much he made fun of marco rubio for always being thirsty. even before that happened i noticed that he was constantly sniffling into the mic and sounding like a coke-head.
Why would he? It's the greatest hair you've ever seen, I'm telling you, you've never seen hair this good.
