This is from the upcoming book "Let Trump Be Trump" by former campaign aides Corey Lewandowski and David Bossie. Considering that these are people who still support Trump and the book is really a defense of Trump these portions are telling. From this we might not need impeachment or the 25th Amendment as a coronary might remove Trump from office.

Trump’s campaign: Big Macs, screaming fits and constant rivalries

Elton John blares so loudly on Donald Trump’s campaign plane that staffers can’t hear themselves think. Press secretary Hope Hicks uses a steamer to press Trump’s pants — while he is still wearing them. Trump screams at his top aides, who are subjected to expletive-filled tirades in which they get their “face ripped off.”

And Trump’s appetite seems to know no bounds when it comes to McDonald’s, with a dinner order consisting of “two Big Macs, two Fillet-O-Fish, and a chocolate malted.”

The scenes are among the most surreal passages in a forthcoming book chronicling Trump’s path to the presidency co-written by Corey Lewandowski, who was fired as Trump’s campaign manager, and David Bossie, another top aide. The book, “Let Trump Be Trump,” paints a portrait of a campaign with an untested candidate and staff rocketing from crisis to crisis, in which Lewandowski and a cast of mostly neophyte political aides learn on the fly and ultimately accept Trump’s propensity to go angrily off message.

“Sooner or later, everybody who works for Donald Trump will see a side of him that makes you wonder why you took a job with him in the first place,” the authors wrote. “His wrath is never intended as any personal offense, but sometimes it can be hard not to take it that way. The mode that he switches into when things aren’t going his way can feel like an all-out assault; it’d break most hardened men and women into little pieces.”

As king the gets to do what he wants, but it's also to weed out the weaklings who could be closetted with a thing called their conscience. It's easier to **** other people over of you're in a constant state of stress and duress while being powerless to change or remove the stressor

Trump is prepping retirement as a one of those Dante-esque hell minions. Getting placed on the first circle would be a poor reflection on his life and a waste of his time and talents. Third and fourth circle with the 72 virgins, been there done that. Landing the circle of violence would be a step up but it's not in him to get his hands messy if he can't get someone else to do it for him.

The eighth circle is just right for him to be a minion. Not too low and not that high profile to get ganked by a rival demon. Plus, he's done a great job outing fraudsters like that Muslim Kenyan.

Does Satan have a headhunter? Have Trump's people talk to your people.

This is what the Washington Post and the liberals now have to resort to - talking about what Trump orders at McDonalds. You guys are clueless.

You know Trump must be happy that the McRib is back. But, then again who isn't?

Props to that guy, he can outeat me if that's his usual McD's order. Mine's 2 20pc Nuggets, BOGO McFlurry, and 2 order of fries. And I'm 6'4 and about 205lbs. Wouldn't stand a chance with me in a wing eating contest though.

What part of "former campaign aides Corey Lewandowski and David Bossie" is eluding you?

On topic, I'm honestly surprised people who worked with the Senile Ogre would be this negative about his behavior. I don't care what he eats, really, but his behavior is just as child-like and dictatorial as we've been led to expect, (led by him). *Shudder*

Praise be to those who can put facts and their country ahead of their party, few though they may be.

I loved the filet o' fish as a kid. My wife decided to get one a few years back when we were picking up McD's for the kids... it was the worst tasting piece of cardboard looking "sandwich" I've ever tried. Those nasty 90% breading fish sticks from the frozen section of the store are more fish like.

Now those chicken nugget things they sell at McD's.... I'll still steal one or two of those from my kids if they're not looking.... otherwise... no thanks to McD's.

Seriously, how can anyone at 71 years old eat 2 big macs, 2 filet-o-fishes, and a large chocolate shake as a single meal...and expect to live very long? I'm sure he mixes French fries in there at times. Just to recap...that is 111 grams of fat and 2,500 calories. Even if that is his only meal of the day and he does it just once a week...that is crazy. How can anyone stomach two big macs...and then stomach two filet-o-fishes on top of that? One big mac makes you feel like crap as it is. He must run for the toilet and have the most disgusting poo ever.

Forget the impeachment. He will be dead sooner rather than later. I don't expect him to finish his term. No way. The only reason he is still alive imo is his "no exercise" routine where he moves as little as possible. If he ever tried to do any exercise, then he would probably drop dead.

That chocolate shake with all the sugar is the worst think for his weight and health. Not the fat. The fat is bad but I would say the sugar is worse along with the fact it's not very nutrient dense( minerals, omega 3 fatty acids etc). He gets most of his calories from that, he's probably nutrient deficient.

He probably isn't a big fish, nuts or avacodo eater. Probably doesn't get enough omega 3 fatty acids which is necessary for proper brain health which is pretty evident.

Correct me if I'm wrong but if a milkshake says it has 40 grams of fat and 80 grams of sugar...then isn't that misleading because if the body doesn't use the sugar as energy...it is also broken down and stored as fat. So, wouldn't that be 40 grams of fat plus whatever sugar is converted to fat that is not used as energy?

Probably. I wouldn't call it misleading because a couple of biological processes need to occur in-between sugar turning into fat deposits.

BTW, I'm not a nutrition expert either. This is just the general knowledge I have from hopefully mostly credible interent sources.

It's misleading in the sense that the total amount of fat is actually much greater and I don't think many people understand that when looking at the label...unless they understand how the body works in breaking it down but can be described in general terms as the body can convert it to use as energy if needed but, otherwise, it is likely to be added as additional fat on top of the fat on the label. But, I'm not a nutritionist, either.

This is the more involved explanation I think: https://www.livestrong.com/article/231986-when-does-glucose-convert-to-fat/ . Fun!
