Simmons is simply a 6'10" Rubio.

not surprising you would try to up rubio's status. when he proves every year how terrible he really is. thats why everyone loves to throw it in your face bc you're still delusional 7 years later and he still sucks and hasnt improved in any sense of the game. but wait its coming per bbh

    I second this.
Ben Simons = Rubio = Royce White = LeBron

All great pass first players. All interchangable, very similar.

Has rubio ever put up numbers like 31 points and 18 rebounds in a NBA game yet? Yes they are very similar. Haha only in Holics world.

Never said that. Don't believe that. Simmons can't shoot. But he's a superior playmaker/distributor. His overall TS% very similar to Rubio. He's working with shooters and for spacers around him while he executes. His lack of shooting doesn't hurt the offense. (His free throw shooting does, but not his possession shooting.) Because he can penetrate and feed others at an elite level. He can collapse the D even though he can't shoot. Because he's skilled and smart and he's got the ball.

    That's Rubio.

Don't waste my time with idiotic responses. Rubio is in the Association for a reason. What's the reason? Because the man plays outstanding D and is one of the best players on the planet running pick and roll and distributing sensational scoring passes to teammates.

And that is precisely what Simmons is doing.

Remember, I didn't bring up Rubio. But if you want to bring him up I'll be glad to talk about him and continue to point out he is an outstanding player and why.

When the Jazz get Gobert back and they finally move away from double big lineups (like they are starting to do now) and they get used to Rubio they are going to be a pain in the butt to play and Rubio is going to look better and better.

I never said Rubio sucks. You compared him to Ben Simmons. If you can't see how that is a ridiculous comparison then just don't bother responding to me and I'll do the same.
