man, you trade Klay for Harden if for nothing else than to wipe away Houston's hopes of ever competing with you. :D

And don't say, "Oh, well that's a reason, I suppose, but does it make them better" nonsense. You make the trade. Of course it makes them better. Hell, have Curry come off the bench, if you have to, since Durant is making him obsolete. lulz.

don't be silly. The argument against it comes from ppl still thinking Harden is an ISO player who ruins chemistry, which he and Paul are proving patently false...I mean, they are actually running some GSW stuff when on the court together. j/k about benching Curry, but you stagger their minutes like MDA is doing with JH and Paul.

Plus, Harden can carry that team if you ever have a major playoff injury, too.

Okay, I can't give you the benefit of the doubt anymore after this.

I have to assume you are a troll or a certifiable idiot.

You think the Warriors woudl trade, today, Draymond Green for James Harden?

    Cause.... no, they wouldn't.

Says the guy who can't understand that a team has to be more than a great offensive player to win a ring.

This makes a lot of sense.

Hard to follow. You're arguing that the Warriors if forced to choose between Curry and KD, would choose KD?? When all they do without KD is keep winning?

Curry is what makes that ship go... as his incredible +/- stats over the last 3+ years show.

Well, Harden still is an ISO player. He has more iso possessions a game this year then he did last year.

But absolutely it's not proven to ruin chemistry or anything. And the way they are integrating CP3 is about as great as you can expect. Hope it keeps up. I've been very impressed with both of them... if CP3 doesn't care about scoring except when its the play to make and that he can absolutely still score a bunch so its dangerous, than that's freaking amazing. I think all Rockets fans will take the JH and CP3 from the other night.

In any case, as far as team building and the GSW, Klay, Harden... well, no need to rehash... it has nothing to do with who is a better player or an absolute better fit. I've already pointed out the reasons why I think GSW hesitate to make the trade. Warriors fans agree... not that a fanbase is its GM... but then again, all we are over here is a fanbase as well...

Becuase this simply will never happen - it presupposes the Rockets would make such a trade (lol, no) and that the league would even approve it - for basketball reasons.

Keep going through the whole Warriors roster though -we'll make it to Jordan Bell eventually!

Not really true, if anything Donkey makes that ship go. They lose Curry, it hurts, but they keep on winning, they lose Draymond Green? Then they really struggle.

My opinion is that jayz has had some intelligent posts at points. I used to think he was a smart poster but I think he is just extremely dogmatic and prideful.

Dude is doubling down and taking the bullet left and right when it comes to his views on james harden. He will still defend his belief that we should heavily consider trading him now.

Well, that may be fair now, since they do have the excess of riches in the backcourt scoring ... but watch out for @Nook ... he thinks you crazy with that take, lol.

But even with KD last year, Curry has been the +/- king for the Warriors since the second Kerr took over, regardless of lineup or conversation.

Warriors don’t trade Dray for Harden straight up?

Also we wouldn’t trade Eric Gordon for Durant because #chemistry.

Keep replying to this thread you don't care about and nobody else does apparently.
Hey, also keep making the dumbest jumps from Klay to ZaZa and Draymond to Jordan Bell if you want.

I GET IT. You think Klay is equivalent to Zaza and Dray is equivalent to Jordan Bell.
I got it... spot on takes dude. your basketball knowledge is 100

actually Klay is equivalent to Kyle Korver and Lou Williams

see where Harden is on that chart? he's on a separate league by himself

which idiot GM would pass up a chance for Harden and rather keep Kyle Korver or Lou Williams?

but yeah keep on doubling down Harden now will make GSW worse LOL

it's not even about that. it's just about intelligent basketball conversations at this point.

See, my takes aren't just 100% Rockets are the best, Harden is the best, why didn't he win MVP, ESPN hates us crap, Barkley hates us because of $$ crap. Some of that's true, some not.

Instead, they're observant of the whole NBA.

So while Sam is happy to make fun of redditors all he wants, all I can do is say "hey, let's see what others out there think". And when others out there seem to think about it more wholistically (Giannis for Harden thread... responses 50/50... but wait, according to most on this board, that's CRAZY!!!. When GSW fans are adamant that no, they wouldn't do Klay for Harden... BUT WAIT!!! any fan who doesn't think GSW would immediately do such a trade is crazy right!!!

Are fanbases their organization? Of course not. Is reddit a valid survey of what might happen? No more or less than these threads here.

But instead of reasoned logic debate, instead of a guy like @Nook responding to points, we get dumb images, or we get people attributing quotes to me I never say, or we get people saying dumb things like this argument is the same for Klay as Zaza or the same for Dray as Jordan Bell.

These are useless posts and in now way move a reasoned debate forward.
