yea i heard that too, and that did not sit right with me. Also they mentioned James Harden as #2/ #3 guy but spent like less than 30 seconds talking about him.
I trust Paul to manage the offense more efficiently. I trust Harden more to take over games when the other guys aren't hitting their 3s.
You can't just warp terms to fit the intended meaning. What you're trying to do is use an In/Out group term about a situation where there is only an In group. This would be like if Ho Chi Minh looks at his number 2 in command and said: "if you stopped being such a communist you would understand what I'm trying to say here." You can't use [homer/communist] as a pejorative when everyone there already falls under the same group.
Brother you ain’t lyin. MDA’s offense with CP3 makes me wet or feel like I’m on MDMA....can’t wait until he’s up to 30-36 mins a game.
Yeah he was actually jumping up and down, kinda throwing a fit when Paul came down with the ball and drove to the opposite side of where Harden was. If I remember I saw it 2-3 times it happen. Don’t get me wrong I saw Harden give it up to Paul without an issue. Made me somewhat worried, seeing him bounce around and flap his arms with disappointment. And we were up 30. Could only imagine if Harden feels like he can bring the team back being down and that happens. Funny enough we scored on each of the times I saw JH13 get irritated.
Hopefully it's just because he saw an opening in the defense. I'm sure they are the type to talk it out instead of bottling it up like Dwight and JH used to do.
holy ****, this is worse than I thought... and people were mad at me for pointing out Harden seemed kinda selfish the last game...smh
the disrespect CP3 gets on this board is unbelievable man. Statistically, CP3 is one of the best PGs to ever play the game; unlike Harden, really has no weakness (other than his height), and is a much better leader, IMO. Since CP3 is a little bit on the older side and Harden is right in the middle of his prime, taking Harden over CP3 right now is completely legitimate. But some of the HOFs here really seemed to be bothered by the notion that CP3 is a better playmaker and floor general than Harden is, which if you look at it objectively I don't know how you can deny.
and yet he led the nba in assists last year and doing it again this year. smh why do these threads keep poping up. This is why sometimes i wish we dont even chase superstars, because stupid ass threads like this will exsist Doc Rivers clearly said that cp3 wanted to play with harden.. oh and harden was a arguably an mvp winner under mcfail. stop trying to give all of harden success to d'antoni
I dont care how good cp3 is, he aint better than harden. Harden has a higher celing than cp3... harden gets better every year, just last year we thought.. no way harden could get better off what he did last year.. But here Harden is again having the best year of his career
a lot of these lin fan refuse to admit that dwight and lin had limited games, hardens game is more a match with todays era of play. dwight and lin cant shoot
unlike you and many other blind cheerleaders of Harden, I saw plenty of room for improvement from Harden last season. First of all, he wasn't even that great during the 2nd part of the season (and so was our team record), especially after the All-star break. I know Harden had some issues with his wrist, but his shooting percentage wasn't pretty and his turnover rate was through the roof. And then we had that performance in the playoffs. So spare me the notion that Harden was consistently great last year, because he was not. Many people are pointing out that Harden is leading all these advanced metrics this year which is great and I hope he continues that, but Harden didn't lead many of those same metrics last year. RPM, which is probably one of the most accurate impact stats out there, didn't even include Harden as top 10, and if you can remember there were a lot of games where our bench without Harden outperformed opponent's bench to win the game.
