To this day, I don't understand the obsession with individual accolades. I would take a championship over the MVP trophy any day. I wish the team focused more on that, instead of vying for James to win the award like in 2015.
Stop trying to split the board like the Dwight V Harden saga. Unlike the Dwight v Harden fiasco of 2016. Harden and Paul are not at eachothers throats and the pecking order here is quiet obvious. Harden is the best player and CP3 knows he is the second best.
Dirk Nowitzki's MVP must be among the Worst Top 5 MVPs. Dude got bounced in the 1st round after that.
If CP3 outshines Harden with the way Harden performs for the rest of this season, there will be no doubt we will have the best record in the entire league and I firmly believes we will beat any team easily in the post season.
I hope Chris Paul plays like the best PG in the league, and Harden plays like the best shooting guard or combo guard in the league, and the Rockets play like the best team in the league. If that happens I couldn’t care less how that influences the MVP race.
new thread needed for. Would Joe Chee or Lic Mah Bootay winning most improved over Capela be a travesty ?
