Harden went completely missing on the official score/assist leaderboard shown on TV

    By far, Harden is leading in both scoring and assisting in NBA, which to me is quite an accomplishment showing how great he has been performing this year. However, when watching the Boston/Golden game on TV, I(and lots of other Chinese Rockets fans) found out that Harden's name is no where to be found on both the scoring and assisting top 5 list. This is not the first time this type of mistake happens, it indeed happened just a few days ago, and that's the reason why I and lots of other Rockets fans in China noticed it immediately. Since it happens over and over again, I am leaning to believe that it is more of media conspiracy than a technical problem. Showing Harden's name on top of the two most important stats list will be too impressive for the national audiences, and the media will have to work a lot harder on the propaganda to deny Harden any kind of award this season.

    I know lots of you Houstonian Rockets fans may not care about it, but we Chinese Rockets fans are absolutely furious over the unfair treatment Harden is receiving from all the mainstream NBA media.

    It's a screenshot from the TV showing that Westbrook is leading the NBA in assists and Giannis is leading in scoring. No Harden in top 5, whereas Harden is in fact leading both of the lists.

    Make no mistake, we care. We have been whining about it for years. Other fans think the Houston fan base is insufferable because we whine about stuff like this so much. We have come to except it and just joke about how blatant it is now.

    I hate statements like this. These are dumb statements. When you're at your regular job, and you do great work, work that hasn't been seen by anyone ever in the company's history, then no one recognizes your accomplishments, that isn't being "insecure", It's being disrespected.

    I think it is insecure when we wine about the media not talking about us enough or wtv but to blatantly leave harden out of the top is weird

    In the military they will tell you “that’s your job” and that’s it. You don’t get praised for doing something right. I’m not sure what you consider a “regular” job though...

    I don't consider putting your life on the line for your country a "regular job". I've never been in the military, but i'm pretty sure you get rewarded/recognized for exceptional work with promotions and medals.

    Accountant, Engineer, waitress.. come on now.. regular 9 to 5. We all know exactly what regular means.
