Daryl really needs to have a serious conversation with MDA about minutes. There is absolutely NO REASON why James should be playing this many minutes this early in the season, regardless of score and situation.

Overall who cares. Sitting at no. 2 in the west, fairly favorable schedule ahead, getting healthier.... I’ll take it.

It may be my imagination but it seems like Toronto kicks our butts at least once a season going back and since they have had Lowry.

ya there were about 30 of those bad calls, that were overwhelmingly bad for us. again, harden drew that tech from bennie adams and pringles was on his ass from the 2nd Q on. the agenda was clear and upfront from very early on this game.

Think Daryl supported the limited rotation talk during the off-season.

    But it's stupid, I agree.

It was a poor effort. The Raptors had a great plan on D, and they have the bodies to be physical with Harden and our frontline.

We had no answers other than hoping to shoot our way into a closer score.

And I agree with everyone (except MDA) that 30+ minutes a night for every starter is a losing proposition. The Raptors started the night knowing they would play 10. They hit us in waves and kept the pressure on all night long. They were able to get Harden to fall into one of those 9 TO games.

The main problem is that we had no answer for Lowry or Demar. No one was quick enough to stay in front of either of those guys .

I knew this game was over as soon as we didn't make a run to start the 3rd.

We fell behind , and Mike tried to play James early in the 4th to come back .

When we finally got it close , no one had any gas.

You knew he was going to go with the 7 man as soon as PJ got ejected.

We really need Cp3 back .

BIZARRE SHOOTING NIGHT FOR JAMES HARDEN
By going 8-of-25 from the field and 19-of-19 from the line Tuesday night, Harden became the second player in the last 25 years to miss at least 17 shots from the field and shoot 17-of-17 or better on free throws in the same game. Kevin Durant did so in an overtime game in 2013. (Elias Sports Bureau)

Such a bizarre and irrelevant stat. It's becoming annoying.

I love the other obscure ones like first player to get over 18ppg, 7 rpg, 4 apg, since so and so. It's like let's stick to 20/10/5. What's this other bullshit.

20/10/5 on a January Tuesday while experiencing flu-like symptoms without being in sub-60° weather within 72 hours.

    Stats are usually interesting.

Some just make me wonder, "who came close?"

Who went 17-20 FTs or 15-15?
    Who only missed 16 FGs?

They usually never say who came close.
