Harden was damn amazing.. Played the whole 2nd half. You don't remember the alley to Clint and 1? The help side block on Green? Harden needs to be smart when he is tired.. He is launching from 3 when a 2 would suffice. he was dead.

 

You answered it yourself- Harden sits if Chris Paul and Luc are playing. Did you see what happened in the 2nd quarter when Harden did catch a break?

Can we start Tucker at home games over Ryan? I’m serious, this home Ryan **** has to stop. Maybe coming off the bench against other bench players will change things. We have to try something!!! It’s getting to the point of insanity.

A big problem of his I had hoped he mentally focused on in the offseason. Perhaps not.

He tends to double and triple down out times? Haven't scored in a while, ok how about a step back 3 with a guy in my face! He's so good that he makes that shot 30% of the time. But he misses 70% of the time and down the stretch its magnified.

 

doesnt matter. any player in the league with that status makes the call if they want to stay in the game in situations like that, especially close ones.

This game simply summed up like this

 

rooted for CLE on literally every single possession tonite. made sean elliott and michael cage actually seem somewhat professional

 

We came off of few days rest too and that is almost always disadvantageous.

 

Glad we squeaked it out, but damn that's the 2nd time in the first 12 games where the offense totally imploded in the last 6 minutes of the 4th quarter. Harden I can understand running out of gas since he played the entire 2nd half (side note, he shouldn't ever do that), but we really need to get better at executing in the 4th. PJ Tucker won us that game. I know Clint played well in the 4th too, but we don't win without PJ getting all those damn rebounds lol. That was ridiculous.

I really hope getting CP3 back will improve our 4th quarter execution. Also, we need to have Harden fresher late in games, when he plays tired his shooting falls off dramatically. Another side note, it pissed me off when Harden got called for that offensive push off on that drive, when both LeBron and Gordon both did it and it was called a normal defensive foul. The "Harden rule" seems to only apply to Harden smh.

 

I know I'm just digging my own grave stumping for Anderson... but... As great as Tucker is at elite hustle and thicc grits, he can't shoot well enough. Anderson wasn't great but he wasn't bad.. he only got up 7 shots..

and before you say, "Green killed him", he didn't. wasn't him.

 

The only reason we won tonight is GEORGE SPRINGER. His presence showed these guys what a true winner looks like.

 

Glad we got the win, but man Harden can't play the whole second half.
