Not sure and cant remember if there is a tailored thread for Zhou Qi's highlights

    Here's another one:

And for spoilers for memories of Yao Ming, damn I miss his abilities back when he was in the league

He can make Anderson obselete. That's good enough for me.

I say his parents and Chinese CBA officials saw him grow up and play first.

It's always hard to fix someone's natural shooting motion, but I do hope that it can be modified, to make him a better shooter. Can EG help him out?

D'antoni has also praised this kid and he's not one endorse youth. I hope Zhou pans out and can carve out a Frye type role. Nene is 35 and won't be around forever. We need depth in our frontcourt. How nice would it be to have two big men developed in house in Capela and Zhou? There would be constant rim protection.

My opinion of Zhou's chances in the NBA have gone from "No effin' way, not with that frame" to "Hmm... let's not be so hasty" to "Okay, let's give him another year or two and see if he can actually pull this off."

NBA is all about mobility nowadays. Having a 7 footers that plays like a guard is exactly what NBA is moving towards AKA PK, GA (tall guy), AD,. He needs to work on his hands. He sucks at catching lobs and finishing around the rim. Clint is much better at this.

If he develops enough to take significant minutes from Anderson at home, especially from behind the arc, that would be a major plus. As we all know, Anderson is nails from Downtown on the road, and has a definite problem from there at home. Maybe eventually Zhou can help out with The Anderson at Home Problem.

don't knock Summer League, it's awesome.
$30 you can watch like 5 games in one day, plus you can see random scrubs hanging out like Yi JanLian and Jeremy ...

I also ran into Sam Cassell

If Bullard likes him, then that's good praise

However, one good G league game vs Wisconsin isn't going to make him replace a starter, a 20 million dollar starter!
