Weren't effort and body language his main problems during his earlier years? He's already 29 and his game is entirely built around athleticism, can't afford to be moody if he's looking for his next contract.

Unrelated, but interesting: I remember seeing him on one of those pseudo-reaity tv shows that my sister used to watch, where guys go around and build massive aquariums, saw his house and he is really living it up for a former d-league superstar and 2nd round draft pick.
