The schedule hasn't been that tough thus far. Lots of road games, but mostly against crappy opponents. But give the Rockets credit for taking care of business. Especially given the injury situation. This upcoming stretch of 5 games will be a good test for the team. If they're still atop the West after that(especially without CP3), I'll have a really good feeling about their title chances.

We stand alone on top of the West despite not having CP3, playing seven games on the road, and shooting horribly. One of our losses was a schedule loss with EGo out with sickness. I don't care how cake you think our schedule has been, if we were a bad team we would have collapsed. We have done the opposite and held on strong. The games are ugly, but we are battling which in some way is more reassuring that last year when we'd blow teams out by playing some historic level offense with zero defense. The season really starts when CP3 comes back. Let's hope we're still the 1 seed when he does.
