Y’all do know that it’s only been 2 weeks since the GS game and CP3 was slated to be out 2-4 weeks right? Many players have missed several weeks due to a bone bruise. There have already been a few examples posted in this thread.

Right. They said 2-4 weeks on 10/20 -- not even quite 2 weeks ago. Another 2 weeks would be well within that timeline.

It’s been 3 weeks since he got the bruise. So it will be five weeks maybe before he is recovered. And that’s still a maybe.

Hard to believe it takes five weeks to heal something when morey claims he’d be playing if this were the playoffs.

Before we know it, he'll be visiting Dr. James Andrews for a second opinion.

I don't even want to make a joke about lest it become a self-fulfilling prophecy.

Eh, so best case scenario at this point is 3 days before the upper limit of the original timeline.

u can play in the playoffs without being 100%

Why play CP3 during the regular season if he’s not fully healed yet? If it takes 5 weeks to 100% recover from his bone bruise then so be it.

He clearly aggravated it during that game. If they were not giving Chris Paul more time than any other player in NBA history to recover from a bone bruise at the beginning of a season where only playoffs matter, that's when we would have to be furious.
