Feeling really good about game 6 with Verlander. I'm predicting a routine, Astros jump on them early while JV shuts them down. 10-2 Stros

The series has had everything except a nice routine win so maybe you're right and we finally get one with Verlander on the mound.

i doubt it. but i still expect him to pitch pretty well. at the same time these are the two best teams in baseball. wouldn't doubt another classic game.

My voice is gone after last night.

Minute Maid was so FREAKIN LOUD!!!

Craziest game I've ever witnessed let alone went to.

One thing I noticed from last night is we were so much more effective with Kershaw's breaking ball. Just saw on MLB and they said that in gm one we had 51 swing and misses and last night there was only ONE.

Man, this is amazing but trying not to get ahead, we still have 1 more!

Verlander, Morton, Gregerson should be the only guys used for game 6. (Morton only threw 76 pitches that last start)

Mccullers, Peacock and/or McHugh for Game 7.

Devenski really didn't pitch poorly. That Puig HR like Frazier's HR and double in the Yankees series made no sense travelling that far.

Hopefully the offense can come through and Verlander can go 9. Throwing out LMJ would be a pretty risky move, but you have to consider it depending on the game. I'd trust Gregerson and Peacock the most, but Peacock has just thrown so many pitches that I think we have to avoid using him in the game 6. I definitely don't bring in Harris with men on base at this point. Devo can still get some run, but I feel more comfortable with him against LHB.

Obviously I want the Astros to win it all. But win or lose I am so freaking proud of this team.
It is unreal how my emotions have gone up and down during this series...hell I can barely
talk this morning from all the screaming at the t.v.

Yea, that 0-4 meltdown in 2005 has been ugly for too long. Win or lose, nobody can say we didn't show up in 2017.

That is what I don't get. Why in the world were they celebrating? There is no way they thought that ball was historic (even though technically it was since it was most homers in world series history) so again why were they celebrating exactly? Because they got a ball? Ok but that doesn't mean you have to cheer like you just won the lottery (unless they truly knew the ball was historic). Either way I was still very annoyed that they were cheering and I think the brother in law was annoyed too. They were probably t-shirt fans is my guess. That Astros gear looked awfully new.
