What a crazy game. I don't mind walking around in coma today after being up far too late last night. What an amazing gutsy call by Hinch to send in the pinch runner. High risk and huge reward. I love this team. Peacock was amazing. What a workhorse that guy was. The team just refused to die, and I loved it. The offense on both teams was solid, but Astros did a great job!

The series isn't over. It will be tougher on all the pitchers with both lineups getting used to them. Verlander will have to be more amazing than he already has been.

    From Astros County:

The Astros became the fifth team in baseball history to rally from two separate three-run deficits.

Ideally for Game 6 the only two pitchers I wanna see are Verlander and McCullers. Screw everyone else in the bullpen

I think you go JV and Morton. Gotta keep LMJ fresh, just in case for game 7.

how to explain that.. i only heard the fireworks/train once or twice--the other times, everyone around was too loud and crazy to hear the booms and train wail. A scene and a half every time

At least three times, I thought we were going to be on the wrong side of this one. Good to be wrong.

This ole Colt 45 fan just wants one more win so I can say I experienced the best world series in history and the Astros won it.

He's just saying that because he doesn't want to completely bury the guy publicly.

Fact is, none of the bullpen guys are likely to throw any more innings this postseason. If they do he won't be the first option, not that there are any particularly good options out there right now.

Right? You might as well gift them the scoring run now with those bozos pitching. Well, except for Peacock. He's not that bad.

He (Puig) is batting .143 against us. Seems like he is dripping already.

Who was that one guy with the mustache out in the stands going crazy? You know who I'm talking about? He has the old school stros uniform on and he looks like Cheech Marin? I want to be his best friend.
