It did but the last drive was on O'Brien not calling a timeout to hault their momentum in the no middle offense. The players were winded as ****. He should know this. Call a timeout and don't let the Seahawks score an easy one on a winded defense that isn't even set.
That's true, but at the same time, if he doesn't gift the Seahawks 10 points, the Texans win, so it's not like he doesn't deserve some of the blame.
I don't have any stats but when teams try "not to lose" at the end of the game they usually do it seems.
There's no question that the defense was an abomination, I just wanted to point out that it wasn't 100% on them. There's blame to go around.
Did you really think they would beat the Patriots or Seahawks? I knew they wouldn't because outside of having what appears like a Hall of Fame QB they are largely an unorganized mess. At this point it is about the growth and development of a QB that just hung 500 total yards on the Seahawks defense.
no it wasn't it was going to miller from the beginning. conservative bullshit that the Bob never learns. yeah lets give brady the ball back to win the game. oh ok. lets give wilson the ball back to win the game with a worse defense now
it's not if we believe if texans could do it, it's that THEY ALMOST FKING DID, just to let p***y ass coach call out pansy ass plays. That's two games we lost because we didn't try to go for the kill.
Yeah this is a good point. Personnel issues, coaching issues, distractions, etc. Watson is the only reason this game was competitive. He made some rookie mistakes but they are not even competitive in this game without him.
Patriots at the time..no, didn't realize Watson was that good. Seahawks ..yes, because now I know he is that good, he can beat anybody. He still can get better, but he's good enough right now and its' being squandered by things completely out of his control. And nothing is ever for sure long term in this sport.
