Ah, so you think I enjoy the team I support being a bunch of children just so I can scold them? That's a "special" kind of hot take.

Duane Brown is his own man.
He wasn't one of the players who left practice.
He is just one voice of many who didn't care for what the owner had to say
This is America we are allowed to disagree
This is America hardworking black men don't take kindly to being labeled prisoners so nonchalantly

Duane Brown is clearly leading this witch hunt so don't give me that BS.

As to "being labeled prisoners", it's not something that actually happened so don't give me that BS either. If you aren't intelligent enough to understand that you don't take idioms literally, we really should end this conversation here as you aren't mentally equipped to continue.

None of this **** would be going on if that idiot uncle Bob wouldn't have opened his damn mouth. His team was one of a few team who had no one kneeling, players were trying to not cause waves and have been locking arms in unity. What the **** did McNair have to complain about? **** McNair. I stand with whatever the players feel the need to do. Hope McNair old dumb ass is forced to sell.

Duane Brown may be leveraging this to force a trade.

He told the Obama story how many years after the fact, trying to make McNair out to be racist. Duane has an obvious agenda. He doesn't care who he takes down.

That's terrible. Can you show me where that happened because the facts show it was the NFL Office & Staff that were labeled as such. Do old white men enjoy being accused of something they didn't do?

Well the rumors are that Seattle wants him. Perhaps he's intentionally sabotaging the Texans in order to help out his future team.

So much for all our cap space next year. If our own players are ripping off the decal of their helmets, how the hell are we supposed to convince other players to join?

Duane said 65-70 percent of the team will protest. I bet Deshaun won't be joining. Just my guess.

Target professionals instead of SJW trash and it won't be a problem.

Every company has policies and procedures. For example
Agree. Players need to stop creating so
The anger that some players have towards McNair now is giving Brown the perfect opportunity to attack him. He wants out anyway and now he can say just about anything he wants and get support from some.

His comments will probably be the tipping point for a trade in the offseason. If I was McNair I would ship him to Cleveland for a 6th round pick.

Duane said they won't do that anymore. They probably know the NFL sanctions for incorrect uniforms.

I can imagine how their meetings to decide their form of protest goes ...

I love how fools like you make these comments about the owner when Brown has personally interacted with him for multiple years and you haven't ever and yet you are more qualified to judge McNair's personality.

If I was to apply some basic assumptions that are not reaching, I would assume McNair has some slight racial biases due to the era he was raised in, him being Trump supporter and this recent comment.

If the players are bothered by it, it's their well reasoned right to do so.

All these players keep in mind are doing the job that we as fans ask of them and that's play on the field. ALL OF THEM are doing so regardless of their position on this issue so you can't blame them for not performing their duties.

They are performing their duties and voicing their complaints. Why do you have an issue with that?

This is the part I don't get. We all know the owner of our favorite football team is a Trump fan. That's obvious. He donated a million dollars to hia campaign. Do you notice how there are NO left leaning individuals who are bothered enough about this to stop following the team.

Yet there have been multiple posts by Trump supporters, people who are irked by a knee bend etc who are stated that they will stop following this team if the players take part in the protest(a protest that has no effect on the actual game).

Why is that? Isn't that branch of ultra nationalist Trump fandom a vocal proponent of being 'anti-snowflake' and requiring a safe space?

Nothing worse than a person using a real social issues that affect so many real folks for personal gain and I think that's exactly what Duane "Busted for PEDs" Brown is doing. What a scumbag.

You should spend more time reviewing post history so that you spend less time misrepresenting your posts and other's, or perhaps just stop commenting altogether. The record is clear and you only have to look back a page to see it.

MONEY!!! It's clear that's all the players care about. They play a game that is 100% proven to give you CTE for godsakes and they still play. Why... MONEY!!! and lots of it.

True. But now that it's happened, can we not think of a win-win solution?

Many people beyond the players work for the team. They will all be affected. Team had not even reached out to the fans, to try to explain what they are doing. There are many stakeholders.

Funny enough, the players are doing nothing but proving Bob McNair's statement accurate with their actions.
