well schedule loss plus shxt refs....there's only so much we can do

 

There bench won the game. They almost out scored our entire team. No Gordon and on a back to back night against a ref sponserd team was always going to be tough.

 

we need at least half the season to tune our chemistry. will sure do much better after all star break

 

I dunno, but missing 2 big pieces and it's tough to know against a good Grizz team. Take away Parsons transfiguration to bball Jesus and it's a much closer game, lol.

Great. Have to hear from my brother in law about his scrotum sack of a team handing us our two losses. Grizz may not even make the damn playoffs yet sodomize us every time.

damn...that's depressing...sounds like he won't be around for long

 

I'm not saying Anderson is dying. Just saying I don't know if he can continue to play defense at this level with his history.

 

i felt it was going to be a loss when all of ryno's 3 were going in. b/c it always ends up like that

 

Even with a healthy CP3 and EG this was going to be a tough one as the Grizz are a matchup nightmare for us.What is suprising is their output off the pine which usually is not their strong suite but obviously tonight they excelled in that department. You take this loss and move on.

 

Meh, b2b on he road against a good team, missing 2nd and 3rd best players.

No big deal.

 

Prob until we're playing home again. I hope he keeps it up, he has been elite on Defense the last 2 games.

With Gasol and Conley playing this poorly, it's a blowout with CP3 and Ego in 2nd unit. Dont forget that we were up by 10 until harden had to catch a breath. Missing a top 10 player and 6th man of the year is a pretty big swing

 

I really wish off a made basket Harden would pass the ball in to a teammate straight away and then get it straight back.

The defense is nearly always set on a made basket because Harden holds the ball standing and waiting for a teammate to walk back out of bounds, get the ball off Harden, and pass it in to him.

There's these small things which would just make this team run so much more smoothly, which we don't do.

 

When James Harden could make his first 30pts this season?

 

Mavs could beat them easily.

 

One thing I will say is this: James Harden turnovers vs Mike Conley ball protection is an underrated advantage grizzlies. The rockets think that the 3 ball can overcome everything, all ills. But it can't overcome sloppy ball protection.
And that guy that says the grizzlies might not make the playoffs is reading way too much into prognosticators. The grizzlies don't just beat the rockets, Warriors and other teams because of some blind luck. The grizzlies have a difficult team to beat with players that might not have the spotlight but can play basketball. A bunch of Patrick Beverley's is what I'd call them.

 

Meh. The Grizzlies are a playoff team but nothing special.

Beating a Rockets team without Paul and Gordon doesn't really mean much to me, especially I need light of the head coach losing his parent and as part of a back to back.

It is good for the Grizzlies to bank wins, but from a Rockets perspective, under the circumstances it means very little.
