    Alex Wood is doing a nice job of keeping the ball down and getting groundball outs. He is also throwing more strikes in the last inning or two. Let's see if he tires out in the 5th inning. Then again, Roberts will probably pull him in the 4th inning.

    hopefully hitters have picked up that all Wood is doing is throwing sliders/changeups in the dirt. he's gotten behind in the count on like 6/9 hitters so far.

    7-8-9 hitters have been nails. Nothing worse as a pitcher to have to throw a bunch of pitches to the bottom of the lineup
