Luc and Tucker are big difference makers for us. I feel easy when they are playing well.

Luc’s D on Kemba was impressive. Anybody noticed this?

We won this game due to Bobby brown .

If Bobby wasn't passable (for Mike ) he wouldn't have played 26 min and James and Eric would've been gassed halfway through the 4th.

Props to Mike for playing brown in the second half unlike last game in philly .

I'll take the win , but I'm not feeling good about tomorrow given the heavy minutes played by Luc , EG , PJ , and James . Also curious how Ryan responds tomorrow .

    Nice win!
Ugly, but nice nevertheless. Put the game away mid 4th with some deeeep 3 pointers from James, Ryan, & Eric.

I'm a little concerned that we're relying/taking such deep 3's but if they continue to make them , I guess it's ok.

Those who've followed Luc since his Milwaukee days, know that his perimeter defense is on par with Kawhi or Draymond. Too bad the media never pays attention to him. Last year, Harden and Curry got more votes than Luc for the DPOY!

I think Luc deserves to start. He's a better defender than Ariza, and we have enough scorers with Harden, Ego, Ryno and CP3.

Ditto this. Luc is playing DPOY level defense as far as I'm concerned, as opposed to Ariza who never struck me as a great defender despite the reputation, other than occasional steals here and there.

Absolutely. I was thinking we'd get Trev to play less minutes this season and this game proves to me that this should be the case most nights. Their on the ball defense in this game was very effective.

wasn't able to watch the game...good win

5-1 while dealing with injuries and with our offense not being up to par, I'll take it

I don't know.. Honorable mention to Anderson. He played great defense on Dwight and limited his rebounds. Without Ryno, Rockets don't win. Capela and Tarik were getting beasted.. surprisingly so.

Easy win. Hornets team must be pretty shitty if we can play Bobby Brown for 26 minutes and still win by 16. Good carry by Harden and Gordon, Road-Ryno with the best game in quite some team. Even looked good on defense on some possessions.

You must not be paying attention these last few years if you don't think Ariza plays good defense. He isn't a DPOY type defender, but he has played some insanely good D over the years for the Rox.

Bobby Brown was solid. It may not look like it on box score, but he looked comfortable. I hope MDA continues to play him instead of Canaan and Jackson.

    Capela made obsolete by Dwight.
