How do you know what I am ignoring or not? You have no idea who I am. Additionally, I am perfectly capable of being sensitive while simultaneously remaining aware about racism. Are you?

    You are a dumbass.

Here is what some you don't understand. NFL players are MORE than employees, they are also the product. The league doesn't exist without them. They are NOT like u and me. They have much more power. While normal employees may be fired, NFL cannot fire their elite players. You need to listen to their needs. All they are asking is that the owner acknowledge what they are protesting and help find ways to improve the situation.

I apologize. I'm not accusing you specifically but instead the faux outrage witch hunters in general. So while you are perfectly capable, the folks I'm calling out are not and that hurts real victims.

There is some great twitter "banter" between Duane Brown's wife and the fans right now.

    Popcorn is out.

Context: "meeting designed to clarify the league's stance on police brutality on black people and players kneeling during the anthem"

I already said that the context allowed the usage of the phrase to appear/sound racist.

Stereotyping: "An old white guy, Trump supporter" -> Must be racist then.

I also never mentioned anything about the "media", I was just stating that stereotyping him like that is just another form of racism.

If you were a guy who usually isn't on the 53, wouldn't you deem it a good idea to not comment?

I'm willing to overlook you calling me a dumbass to tell you that everything else you wrote is true except FANS are the actual reason any of them can do any of it. And the NFL Players are pissing off the FANS and in turn destroying the whole thing from the inside like a cancer. Right or wrong, FANS don't care about social issues. They care about team success and entertainment. The NFL and the Players don't get that and that's why they are a cancer. Business 101, listen to the folks who are willing to give you their money and don't do anything to make them stop giving you their money. Combine that lack of self awareness & disrespect of the fans wishes with the existing baggage the NFL already has, CTE, Deflategate, Wife beaters, Anthem Protests, Redskins, etc... and you will get what you deserve.

It must be incredibly refreshing to have such a vast umbrella like ‘systematical racism’ to shade you when you are in the midst of a debate.

Step one: call out a racist.
Step two: if any pushback occurs, call the system racist with wide faces brush.
Step three: if continued to be questioned, refer back to step one and repeat.

McNair was so good for so long in keeping his mouth shut. It doesn't matter what he did or did not mean, in that position anything that can just be perceived as racist or insensitive shouldn't be said at all.

Duane Brown is apparently "not surprised" by McNair's comments. Oh boy...

Did they have to be persuaded to cash their checks signed by McNair? My bad..., direct deposit probably. Still good on them for not accepting dirty racist money.

He should know better than to say something controversial like that in public.

DeAndre Hopkins did not attend Texans practice Friday due to owner Bob McNair's recent insensitive remarks regarding players.

maybe some of the players decided to stay but He walked out
