Yeah, I agree. If he can give us the stuff he started that game with, even if it's just 3-4 innings, they'll string pitchers together and get it done. Bats have got to come out early tomorrow. These pitchers need some runs, so they can stay confident and pitch their best.

Liriano cannot even suit up. Wear Chris Paul’s season ending suits.

I want Morton pulled after the first hit.

I totally understand not going with McCullers. 1) He's maxed out at 83 pitches since coming back. Asking him to go on short rest when his stamina isn't totally back yet is a little risky. 2) Although he pitched fantastic in New York, he had given up 13 runs in 16 innings since coming back prior to that start.

I might be more inclined to go McHugh but I completely understand not going with Lance on short rest.

Yeah but Morton has given up 11 runs in 13 postseason innings. That's not unlucky. That's not good. McCullers is the better option and u push him as far as he can go. McCullers on the other hand has given up just 5 runs in 15 post season innings. And then u just think about their careers to date, and it's an easy decision. Morton hasn't proven anything yet, while McCullers is tracking as an All star and delivers in the clutch.

Lets assume Keuchel throws tomorrow too, who pitches game 1 of the WS if we make it?

"So you are saying there is a chance?"

What is it about Todd Frazier that makes me dislike him so much? I can't stand the guy, but can't think of a reason why.

Probably McCullers if he doesn't pitch in relief. If he does and so does Keuchel.....I have no idea. Peacock? McHugh?

But we burn that bridge when we get to it.

It's true I was never a huge baseball fan, but I don't suffer from the same cognitive dissonance.

Verlander just said he will say how he feels tomorrow.

Aka let’s see what kind of BJ Kate Upton gives me tonight.
