This level of sacrifice must accompany 2 wins - tonight and tomorrow.

Keuchel will be fully rested by Game 1. Let's hope Astros are still playing.

Dodgers and Astros have been on a collision course all season. The Yankees have merely delayed this by a few days. Jim Crane is probably happy about the extra ticket sales.

We can't have an epic comeback without being down in the series. Hold serve at home and LET'S DO THIS!

Remember doubters... this is CLUTCH CITY. We are, by definition, CLUTCHFANS. The one thing our offense needs is a little home cooking.

Do not forget that right now, there is a group of unsuspecting young athletes standing between Justin Verlander and his destiny. I do not envy them in their task tonight.

Maybe Gov. Abbott should tweet out a congratulations to the Yankees before the game.

Home plate umpire Jim Reynolds favors hitters. The Over is 18-11 in games that he has called balls and strikes. He averages 10 runs per game, which is among the higher ump totals. Not sure who this favors. I think this could actually benefit the Astros as it forces Severino to throw more pitches over the plate. Hopefully if he's nibbling our guys have the patience to take walks.

Anyone else having trouble focusing at work? I'd almost prefer a day game. The suspense is killing me waiting for this game.

Everyone and I mean everyone is talking NYC vs LA world series and what it means for baseball. I've not wanted nothing more in recent memory than to disappoint an entire national media and ruining their "dream" series.

O ye Baseball Gods, render Astros worthy of this noble cause!

The scary thing about that is that you know MLB wants that as well. Giving one team 2 inches off the plate to one team and taking away 2 inches from another team has a crazy effect on the game, but not so much that national media will give any credence to it. Sorry, I'll take my tinfoil hat off now. Let's go 'Stros!
