Should the yankees even feel good about this? I mean the Astros are clearly paralyzed and just lying down. I have never seen a team play so listlessly in such important games. Ok maybe the 98 astros. Still, this is unforgivable. Playing like super chumps at the most crucial time. Complete mental meltdown happening. They cannot stop it. Verlander may save us but the hitters are checked out. Completely finished. Hinch let it happen too.

So is it time to panic? One of our aces lost... coming back home with our backs against the wall...

Yankees coming back from another 0-2 series....

Astros with 2 nip-and-tuck, borderline lucky victories.

    Yankees win convincingly.

This series should already be over, but hey, technically it's not.

I get it...the fat lady hasn't sung but she's warming up....but it ain't over till it's over...ask Golden St. last night. If we can get in MMP and get our mojo back, we can get to game 7 and then anything can happen. Looks bleak right now but I've been watching sports too long to know stuff happens. People had us in the drivers seat and that changed, it can change again. That's why they play the games.

Why do people still think verlander is going to magically save us. Keuchel couldn't. If we score zero runs , it doesn't matter if bullpen or starting pitching is bad or not .

I feel like there is only so many times you can say the guys should be embarrassed. At some point you have to show some pride and make a damn adjustment. How many times can you swing at BS pitches in the dirt? I swear every single time Tanaka got in a 2 strike count, he threw the ball way below the zone... and these guys just took a huge hack at it, like they didn't have a clue.

Well we've said for 3 games straight "Well this team still has the advantage."

Now your back is against the wall and your heading back home with your best pitcher going. No more excuses. It's time to make things happen.

Some of these guys in the lineup for the astros has done absolutely nothing the entire playoffs. They ought to be ashamed.

You have to score at least 1 run to win baseball games.

9 runs in 5 games. 4 runs in game 4 were gimme ones by the yankee. Altuve run , catcher dropped the ball. You can say 4 runs in 5 games. Everyone was saying this team was special after game 2? Probably special bad in terms of offense.
