Being negative accomplished nothing. But I promise nothing you post here is gonna accomplish something for the Astros.

But if you’re watching this and blowing sunshine out your ass then I admire the eff out of you. I’ve seen this movie too many times.

 

If any sports team learned how to control momentum, they would be gods.

But reality says momentum comes and goes and its hard to figure out.

Our best chance to seize momentum could come with verlander. Is it a coincidence that correa, altuve walked it off for verlander? Is it a coincidence that bregman hit that tying home run for verlander? Is it a coincidence that we went 8-0 and turned our entire season around when we got verlander?

I personally believe it isnt a councidence. I think he might have a unique way of inspiring the team. If we win convincingly with him tommorow, all of a sudden the yankees might be scared for game 7 and our offense will come alive.

We will see how it all plays out but momentum is a fickle thing in sports, especially baseball

Homer **** drives me crazy. Lots of that on Astros twitter and here. It’s masked in math wirh astros fans a lot. Because they’ve convinced everyone they’re the smartest baseball guys ever. Looks like the same old **** to me right now. Hope they’re as smart as they say they are.

Meh it's homer radio. It's for Astros fans. It gets the chili dog crowd hyped up. You are one of the guys who is behind enemy lines but most people that know a damn thing about baseball know the deal. But honestly we have had to hear the national media slob all over the Red Sox and now the Yankees so the local media tries to take it so far the opposite way.

 

They have 2 opportunities to get 1 win in Houston. This is horrible not getting 1 in NY.

On the other hand- if both teams continue to hold serve 100% at home - we win!
