At least we know Livingston and Paul George made full recovery, unlike some other injuries that can ruin a player's career even if he's 'recovered'
Man... painful even to watch. Hope the best for him, but does he basically have 0 chance of coming back this season? Will he ever regain the athleticism?
for anyone who actually plays ball, we're all just one bad misstep away from serious injury so watching something like this is especially frightening. i had to look away from the tv right after i saw that fall
Ouch.....played opening minutes....bad injury. Baynes looks like a thiccer Gordon H. Rose, DWade looked good in the beginning. Jaylen Brown doe.
Yeah, I had a similar injury playing ball, dislocated ankle (not the break also, but dislocation is bad enough), took forever on rehab (6+ months) and ankle has never been the same.
Exactly, I still remember mine... was just a freak accident on a block I got, landed odd... Felt ton of pain, looked at leg and ankle is looking like Haywards.. Had to go to ER. Just sucks, hopefully he has a quick/speedy recovery, but that looked awful.
I don't feel that bad for GH to pray etc, but I do feel sympathy. It was a gruesome injury and it looked horrifying but it turns out its not that bad compared to other really carreer ending injuries. He may even come back this season. Pondexter was almost on his deathbed last year coz of his sickness and noone reported on it and meanwhile all the fans were calling him names in social media which he was reading. I really feel bad for that one.
That's an awful response, my sympathy isn't limited and have capacity to be given to whoever so deserves it. What an odd thing to say, reserving sympathies.
