I agree too, i don't care when we get the road win as long as we get it we'll be good...but man...this feels like the one.

Yankees have all the momentum and if I'm them I'm thinking if not for a catcher error in game 2 this game 5 is a close out elimination game for them.

So if we lose tomorrow you can guarantee it’s over right?

If it goes to a Game 7 then the Yankees are the easy bet. They would have CC going and this team would have who? Morton?

Tanaka and Severino vs Keuchel and Verlander. On paper we should be favored, but we all know how that goes. Something’s gotta give.

I hate that they get 3 home games in a row. At least we have Keuchel and Verlander coming up. Keuchel hasn't lost in New York to the Yankees in over three years including the postseason.

McHugh - McCullers - Peacock... don't expect to see a real relief pitcher from here on out.

I would have kept McCullers in but our best 3 relievers **** the bed and blew the lead. At what point do you not blame Hinch and hold those players accountable? The worst thing about this game is that it proves again what we already thought. The bullpen is suspect. That’s not a great recipe for success.

But. The best 2 pitchers in this series are scheduled to pitch for the Astros over the next to games. Be disappointed for sure but I wouldn’t give up yet.

I feel if we go back to Houston up 3-2, we win and are WS bound. We go back down 2-3 needing to win both games, don't lokie our chances...doable ? sure ..but don't like the odds.

Still in disbelief that he took out McCullers for Devenski. Just so effing stupid. Hinch is a damn moron. Puke city.

Choke is on. Don't know what's more shocking, all of our hitters outside of Altuve/Gurriel sucking this whole series or how trash the bullpen is. Probably the former, knew our bullpen was mediocre but damn that was bad. Also, this is the 2nd time Hinch pulled the starter too early. Didn't end up costing us the game in Boston, it did this time.

Ah well, hopefully they can turn it around and reverse the meltdown.

I agree that crap is stupid.

I get it is better for travel but it doesn't feel like a reward to the better team at all since game 5s are so pivotal you deserve them at your place.

We should never ever play another baseball game on Pujols Anniversary Day... or Lidge Memorial Day.
