i think the reason AJ hasn't announced Game 4 is because he's considering Dallas on 3 days rest. That would enable DK to pitch in a possible Game 7.

one thing that i did hate that hinch did is go with this all righty line-up

pretty dumb, gotta go with your best bats in the postseason instead of splits i think. i understand the reasoning for it, just disagree because it's basically going all-in against CC to avoid the bullpen rather than thinking long-term of if you don't get runs off CC

agreed. seeing springer - who desperately needs to get off the schnide - take a 3-0 fastball right down the middle all the way was a little frustrating given the circumstance. make something happen! marwin is another one who's taken some pretty bad AB's. just looks like those guys are overthinking out there. wait for a good pitch and take a good hack. if it isn't coming to you go out and make something happen.

Astros are only 2-10 with RISP for the entire series. Not very many opportunities for this historic offense. Cleveland lost its biggest and most feared bat in the ALDS. Astros don’t have that excuse.

So we got our asses kicked? Great, it needed to happen.

    Bring the bats next game.

Here comes the Houston curse. They get us all excited the 1st 2 games but there were people like us who worried about 2 runs a game.
Now its catching up to us. If they lost 8-7 this game then I wouldn't worry, but look at this awful offense. They are bringing back memories of the killer B offense where just they just went quiet in the playoffs. I wouldn't get excited either with Dallas and VErlander pitching. What good is it if they hold the Yankees to 1 run but the offense scores 0 runs.

at least bregs is making good contact... it feels like springer is striking out every other AB.

Gotta say, I've been very underwhelmed with Maybin.

Well, at least McHugh made himself a viable Game 7 option if DK doesn't pitch Game 4.

Based on your other posts, I think you were actually expecting them to get shut out.
