First look teaser released for new original series MINDHUNTER, which will premiere globally on Netflix in October. Directed by David Fincher, MINDHUNTER features Jonathan Groff (Looking), Holt McCallanay (Sully), Anna Torv (Fringe) and Hannah Gross (Unless).
Fincher is almost always worth a viewing. That teaser trailer is kind of weird but I'll definitely check this out.
I keep confusing this guy's name with Miles Finch the elf ("call me elf one more time and we're gonna get into it!"). "He's an angry elf!" I can't handle people with "Finch" in their last name. From now on, David Fincher is now known as David Finisher....as in finish the f-king series!
I thought the first episode was a little underwhelming but solid enough to keep watching. Hear it gets better so that's good.
Some of the worst acting in the history of mankind are in that first episode. Particularly when the main dude meets that chick in the club. That was total cringeworthy.
You won't know until it makes sense later! (no I haven't seen it, but this is a trick that can easily be employed)
It was just the girl who is a terrible actress from start to finish...everything else was great from episode 2 to the end. Very good series and looking forward to the next season.
watched the first two episodes last night. My chick loves it because she listen's to "My favorite murder" and that's what they talk about, serial killers.
when he rambles in that bar scene he reminded me of verbal kint. Watched 1 episode last night after this thread. Will continue.
